Oh grand-pubah of the caps-lock. Why don't you enlighten us as to what socialism is.

I've always known it as everyone in a community working for the good of the community. Meaning that everyone's wages and goods/services are given to the 'authority' who then distributes them based on an individuals needs.

Marxism, on the other hand, is rooted in socialism but adds an anti-government twist. People are expected to be socialistic out of the goodness of their hearts.
