Anyone who drives that portion of Alpine is aware of the traffic issues. Some day I want to speak with the person or persons that planned the entrances/exits of the shopping malls there - just to find out what the heck they were thinking.

Proof positive that DHS employees haven't enough to do. If they have time to track down something like this, do the investigation, and then follow up with the lady, we have either to many DHS employees (Perhaps we could use their salary to pay a trooper?), or a supervisor that really missed the boat on this. This is the type of thing that just makes State government look stupid to those of us who have the pay their bills.
