And most will probably stop wearing them to gatherings lest they be perceived as uniforms by the Left Loonies. Instead of proving we are not racist we will start proving we are not wearing uniforms and quit any identification clothing that connects us with Tea Party. Nah.....we won't. Already learned our lesson with letting the Left define our behavior. Thank you for the photos. From the photos it looks like the "repulicorp" wears t-shirts for the people they are protesting. Am I seeing that correctly? Also, has the "victim" in this video been identified as a woman? In the film clip, it looks more like a man. Was the "red tie" guy in the video a Rand supporter or was he one of the dress up guys like the "red tie" guys in the pictures you linked to? As a mother of six sons, I would cry a river, literally, if any of them treated a woman like that. No reason justifies that. I share that so you all would know I would be the first to be in an outrage over this, no matter what "side" they were on. That said, when I first saw the video, I thought it was staged as a joke. The shoves looked to "hollywood" and staged. The pics and links you provided seem to validate this. I suspect most will be looking in the wrong places to find the guy doing the kicking. It would not surprise me if more vids come out validating this was staged. Until then, I will continue to denounce this behavior and feel for the mother of the man doing the kicking. As a mother, I can not imagine being shamed by my son like this.

One thing I have learned is let people do their own homework. It will take you about five hours and you will have to use "waybackmachine" and "proxy" buttons on search listings to get to information because so much has disappeared in the last few months. Do not use google as your search engine. Try ixquick or another alternative. Here is a start on how to do this research. Google any names you find listed as his business associates or fundraising buddies. Keep "googling" new names and businesses that come up. You will be surprised. Like I said, I have learned it is best to let people do their own homework. This way they get the whole picture and are more likely to not let any blind loyalties keep their eyes from seeing. I am not being quick to throw the gentleman under the bus. I have done the research. If you search this, you will also find the answer to your pondering, "I would want to know why the election board or the courts have not intervened if it is so obvious that he cheated his way onto the ballot." It means you are going to have to get to know CA and how things are done there and who is who. Do you also ask why the election officials in all states accepted the Democrat forms signed by Nancy Pelosi that left out the phrase about Obama being qualified according to the Constitution and that she signed a different form with the verbiage in for HI and TX? (You may wonder what that question has to do with the discussion at hand; think on it and apply logics and it will make sense) And if you have a problem with he did lie or not follow procedure, then you have a problem with him. The application (or whatever it is called) that he filed is on the net as is the letter from FL election officials..

Facts have shown he knew he was still registered and proceeded to LIE about it on his app form when he filed to run. After running and falsely filling out the forms he tried to get the Forida Election people to remove his name, without proper channels to do so. Florida wrote an affidavit for a court case testifying to this, I believe. l Do your homework. The actual letter from Florida to CA election officials is flying around the internet. Although not as easy to track down as earlier but give it your best efforts. Fact. The guy knew he was falsely filling out the form. Fact. He tried to cover it up after he signed up to run. Fact. He did not come forth and say he registered as a college student and forgot about. Fact. Instead he tried to hide it and his Progressive Hangouts and associates he has business partnerships with. Fact. Most on this board have not done their homework and are formulating blind loyalties based on merely being posted on Breitbarttv.

He was registered Democrat 12 months prior to his filing on his candidacy as Secretary of State of CA. He could run as Democrat though. “Rule 8001a(2) states that one should not be affiliated with another party for 12 months prior to official declaration of candidacy.” Official declaration of candidacy is done on form 501, which he filed out November 5, 2009. He was a registered Democrat in FL since 1999. He has never written to them to ask to change affiliation, so he is assumed to be affiliated with the Democrat party until he registers with another party. For the first time he registered Republican on March 13, 2009 in order to vote in May 2009 election. From March 13 till November 5 is less then 8 months, not 12 as required by law, therefore he cannot be legally on the ballot. This is really frustrating because so many are defending this guy blindly when anyone tries to show he is a fraud....and they defend him without even looking further. It starts to feel like one is talking to a bunch of Obots. . .or in this case Dunnottes or Breitbots (because if Andrew posts it he is doing so to show the guy is conservative, Have any given thought that maybe he is posting it for us to expose the fraud? What do we do? Fall in love with the guy as if he is the real McCoy!)

There will be no voting fraud protection if either of the candidates get elected. This guy is a fraud. Filed to run and lied on the form that he was not affilliated with another political party in the last twelve months -- and he was still a registered Democrat in Florida. He is as progressive as they come and will be in charge of elections in CA and will "protect" the Dems. Call me a libtard, give me negatives. But remember, I have done my homework. The facts are out there. If you all push for this guy without learning about him and his true colors, you will one day find yourselves asking, "How could I have been duped."
