All laws start at the Precent Convention. If you have never been to one you haven"t taken advantage of your right
to propose laws and additions or removal of party platforms. I've been to precent conventions when I was the
only one there. You can't complain if you haven't done anything to change things. I was laughed at when Democrats ruled Texas. Now I do the laughing.
