However, I would hope that the man that had the horses in the parade had insurance on them to cover something such as this. I don't know if he could have that kind of insurance but if you can insure a cow that gets loose from a farm and stands in front of a car, I would think you could insure the horses. As for the parents of the kids hurt, i couldn't imagine what they are going through.
