I disagree. Not all Muslims are extremists. Just as not all Christians are fundamentalists. It is incorrect to lump everyone of a faith together.

I lost my mother 2 years ago. It still hurts. But I think of what she wanted for me and I use that as my daily motivation. My sympathies for her loss.

When I was in high school, in the 70's, here in Dowagiac we ran into the same issue. The local Native American population by and large were very supportive of the school and we kept our name and mascot...Go Chieftans!!

I agree with you on almost every level. We seem to take it in the teeth anytime anyone is angry with us. But I am reminded of a lesson my mother taught me; Two wrongs don't make a right.
