The majority of the non muslim world looks and sees that the end is near for a brutal dictator. The Libyans see it as a chance to get rid of a greedy, corrupt guy who is stealing their oil revenues and keeping them in poverty. The moderate muslims, those who are commited to Islam but not to the koran (much like alot of christians who pick and choose what bible verses are relevant) see it as an end to a corrupt Islamic government and the beginning of peace for their muslim brothers. The true followers of the koran and the ayatollahs, see an end to a muslim-in-name-only regime. A chance to expand their empire as Muhammad did and usher in a Caliph.
