I spent 45 minutes on the telephone this morning trying to get a refund, to no avail. They put me off telling me to send an email to their billing department in order to get the refund. I'm now going to my bank to try to get it denied and then I'm going to the State Attorney's office, to get them onto the company. They're supposed to be a Delaware Corporation. My pills didn't arrive until after the 15 day deadline for cancellation. They're cute.
