Any congress person who voted for passage of the bill should be [taxed ] [required to pony up his share] to make up the amount being given in bonuses. Maybe next time they will read the bill when it will affect their own pocketbook directly and for those who knew it was in the bill they might decide to consider how they vote when thier wallet is involved.
