Seriously, are some of you people listening to yourselves? What kind of society do we live in when we condonethe taping of a child's mouth shut? Whether or not he was disruptive is NOT the question. The question really here is was this child abused? Yes, if his mouth was taped shut. Should this teacher be teaching if they can't handle kids with special needs? Probably not. If a parent would have done that, they would be charged, why not a teacher?????
Both my babies were induced at 37 weeks which is considered FULL term, so even if she was due at the end of the month that meant she was 39 weeks. So, that's full term. Congrats to the family....I'm sure you'll be working the rest of your life to just feed that boy!!!
What I want to know is why is he so worried about HIS babies? He obviously didn't care about someone else's baby when he decided to molest them!! Get real!
I was going to post something of the same sort. This guy has been arrested three times according to the local sheriff's page for molestation. It should be us complaing about our BABIES.......Parents be aware!!!
Same here. If this is how their service is going to be....I DON"T WANT IT! LOL My phone is super messed up too. Missing caller ID, static all over the line and since yesterday NO internet......doubt they will credit the bill for lack of use of their services..........ahhhhh

I don't want to rain on your parade so to speak, but when you get pulled over you have no say in where that happens, so I'm not sure they can add that charge to him, legally speaking. If he LIVED within 1000 feet, that would be different. But you have no bearing on where and when you get pulled over.
Nothing like hitting us while we're STILL down. I think they want us to stay in a recession.
Honestly, I wish this were the case in Goshen. When you are a paper carrier and people don't clean off the sidewalk, it's not much fun. I fell I dunno how many times last year due to people NOT clearing stuff off. Would be a shame to go buy a bag of salt for a few bucks, and a shovel for 10 than to have to pay a lawsuit of thousands of dollars. Nothing wrong in the city being sure you take pride in what you have....or have in front of your house. I think some people are just lazy. And if you have a neighbor that can't do it........be neighborly and help them out. It's not really too much to ask.
