Since Zune came to Xbox the brand has become more and more popular and I think it really does have a chance of competing against iTunes. Some of my friends who hate MSFT but have an Xbox, are beginning to use Zune which is a good sign. This is a really bad time too kill the brand and it's even worse if they somehow mix it with "Windows".

They're probably just clearing the remaining stock. I really wanted a Zune HD last year but they didn't launch it anywhere but in the US. Now it's just too late.

It won't happen. Don't even hope for it! EVEN if something like that was to happen it wouldn't be in MIX which is developer centric. And that sentence regarding zue devices is just a generic one.

Well, it would need programmable shares, which means native code, which WP7 doesn't allow. And even if it did, the Adreno 200 GPU which is currently the only option in WP7 isn't quite powerful enough.

see, releasing updates takes a lot of testing time for microsoft . And then there is carrier testing, maybe manufacturer testing, etc... They have to make sure the update doesn't brick phones, doesn't break the already working parts of the OS and so on. So, it is really hard for them to bring it sooner. See the amount of time it takes htc, samsung, motorola and others to update androids? similar to that...

I think you shouldn't rate gameplay 1/5 just because you weren't comfortable with the controls. Some people may find them comfortable enough to finish the game and 1/5 is just ridiculous. So try to be more realistic.

I personally don't need Google search that much. Google Maps however is really needed I think.
