Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. The arresting officers (I imagine) are responsible for their part and the prosecuting attorney is responsible for theirs... The judge is merely holding up the law, ensuring that this DB gets a fair trial. I imagine they aren't happy about it either.

As I stepped out my front door to take the dog out to do her 'business' we were met by a raccoon. The hallway type walk way was only about 8 feet wide- neither of us had a clear escape route, and of course my dog went into protect mode. I was about 8 months pregnant and when that critter lunged at me, I swear all of the hair on my body stood up on end. I could only think of impact it would have on my baby (rabies shots)- Lucky (my dog) had some gnarly slices but I escaped unscathed. It's weird that those little buggers scare me so... those and opossums... *shiver.

I know I wrote it in a response, but in our home money is a factor- We use the cheap baby gates in our upstairs windows. They are ugly, whatever, my little one wont be falling from the window. As parents to toddlers we need to have foresight not hindsight. We put plugs in outlets to prevent an accidents and helmets in case of them. I know we shouldn't blame the parents, they are going through too much already, but lets take a moment to protect our own children. Wishing you a speedy recovery little one.

SERIOUSLY!! I haven't even dated since before my daughter was born, she's 4. I know, that may be extreme but the way I see it, anything I give to a 'man' i am taking from her. You can't really tell by what a person drives... but look at their car... it's fairly new and in great condition (or was,) meaing they look like they could be fairly responsible people and unlikely to be involved in a shisty lifestyle. OR they could be shisty as hello but driving their parent's car. Either way, they didn't deserve to be gunned down.
