RE: Bills & Responsible Parties inserting Language
Bills should not include non-relavent issues in them. No "hiding" special interest legislation in ligitament legislation.
Every special provision/ammendment within a piece of legislation must be "owned" (ie signed) by a member of congress so questions may be directed to them.

RE: TAXES-Simlify Tax Code.
In lou of Universal Health Care, Give Tax Credit for Health Insurance Premiums Paid or Health Insurance Accts Held by the Tax Payer instead of across the board Govt. Health Care.
