I m sorry but i couldn't understand what u meant by your previous comment. If you are using adsense ads, then the already existing ads will remain in your site even if you change to custom domain. There wont be much changes. you neither have to make any changes because it will automatically get changed in adsense account.

Don't worry about that.. It is normal because you are using a new domain. So wait for a few more months for fast indexing. And don't bother about the fast indexing, but do post quality content daily. After a few months your new post will start getting indexed quickly, just the way how blogspot.com domain had got indexed. :)
