en-us https://www.intensedebate.com/users/687733 Comments by mistaken http://www.wsbt.com/news/local/67989297.html#IDComment41522203 first of all it wasnt really a high speed chase, the tow truck doesnt go over 60-65 when it is loaded with a car. the first time he stole it we had to pick it up in chicago because he was onhis way home...this time he just got out of westville prison that day...y would he come all the way back to plymouth to steal the same truck again to get back to chicago.....he was already half way there...if your gonna steal a vehicle,steal a car that people see driving everyday and wouldnt be so noticable..not a big white truck hauling a vehicle that is from a small town and everybody knows who is supposed to be driving it. I feel sorry for his daughter but that is the extent of it.
