Article III, Section 1: The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges shall hold their Offices during good behavior and Strict Adherence to the Constitution As Written. Judges are prohibited from making laws and rules governing the people and commerce of the several states. All legal conflict apparently not clearly covered by the Constitution shall be referred back to the Legislative Branch for consideration.

New Constitutional Amendments: Article 1, Section 1, Amend to read, " All legislative Powers and Rules governing the people and commerce of the several states shall be vested in the Congress of the United States, which shall consist of the Senate and House of Representatives. No unelected person shall make or amend laws and rules governing the people and commerce of the several states. All elected United States Representatives shall serve a maximum of three terms in the House of Representatives. All elected Senators shall serve a maximum of two terms in the Senate. All current and past elected Representatives and Senators are prohibited from representing people and organizations outside of government as special interest lobbyists. No elected Representative or Senator shall have in the past represented people and organizations outside of government as special interest lobbyists.

OK Folks. It's starting to look like the socialists in Washington are going to pass all their progressive agenda no matter what we the people think.

So here's the plan.

As the mid-term election cycle nears, we need to demand from all new candidates running for Federal office, a signed commitment that they will swear to undo the damage currently being done to our country. There is a rumor that new congressmen routinely give pass to legislation passed by the previous congress. This cannot stand! Force these new candidates to sign a commitment to undo all the damage done by this partisan congress!

The second amendment guarantees nothing. It acknowledges a god given right to self determination...including the right to remain alive when threatened with death. It says that a god given right shall not be infringed.

Government did not create the right of self defense. God did. The constitution says nothing about self defense. It is assumed without saying, a fundamental right.

Sotomayor's days are already numbered. She is a full blown diabetic. Besides, she is replacing another stinking liberal. So what's the difference!

Laws infringing on the right to keep and bare arms are all unconstitutional. End of story.

Who gives a crap about laws in Canada.
