My energy company, E.ON, did a great job in helping the city of Malmo build the 100% locally produced, renewable energy district called <a href="http:\/\/www.citiesforpeople.net\/cities\/westernharbour.html" target="_blank">the Western Harbour</a>. Why not encourage PG&amp;E to do the same in San Francisco?
