Beyond Growth : Tony Robbins and the Cult of Aggressive Positivity, Part 1

ah man, this article gave me some flash backs. Summer 2007 and I'm all fired up after having just shattered a board with a karate chop at a Tony Robbins event in San Diego. My chest is out and I've got the swagger of a rooster... until I look to my right and watch an 80 year old woman scream "hiiiiiiiiiiYA!" and break her board. Ego check. great topic and series. Looking forward to parts 2 and 3! ~Mike My recent post Raw Food- The Last Word In Nutrition

Big Goal Hunting : Oliposa: Big Goal Hunter {Part 2}

Thanks Becky, Oliposa is a real inspiration for me. She lives her life, very much her own way, and does everything with a high level of involvement. She is amazing :)

Big Goal Hunting : 10 Things People COULD say at your funeral

Hey Jacq! Great quotes to be remembered by (especially, "Used Up" ha!). They imply that you gave all that you had to this life, and I think that is a wonderful way to live. Maybe they will say that I was "Used Up" too!

Big Goal Hunting : How To Wake Up Super Early Every Day

Hey Jacqueline :), thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts. You make some great points, that I don't get into in the article. In the grand scheme of life, it doesn't matter how much or how little you sleep, what matters is the quality of your life. I KNOW there are people out there who get by on less sleep than I do, but at what cost? Everything I do is with the intention of enhancing all areas of my life and the life of those around me. Really cool that you trained yourself in your sleep patterns ala Steve Pavlina. I've read that article and used some of the methods in my own quest to master early rising. ~Mike

More is Better : probation, dry humping, and a list of things i'll do for money that doesn't actually include dry hum

Write a quick e-book. I would def contribute something to read a novel (or whatever) from my most favorite writer. SF huh? every time I turn around somebody is moving there. I like it there and all but I wasn't a HUGE fan ( like I am of say, NEW YORK CITY). I'm curious though now, and will probably cruise up the 101 freeway and check it out soon. Did you know that you can build an upside down fire? Here ya go chica http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/2009/02/02/h...
