<description>Hey i updated with pwnage tool and unlocked with ultrasnow but now my battery goes in 5 hours of non usage!! why is this so and how can i get back to 3.1.2? i have the ssh-s on file. at least thats what cydia said when i was on 3.1.2. please HELP!   oh, i have an iphone 3gs.   thank you. </description>

<description>you need to use redsnow on your 3.0.1 and than ultrasnow for the baseband, just in case. than you make a custom ipsw, shift restore in itunes and select the custom ipsw. when it is complete you run ultrasnow (again) and you have a working 3.1 unlocked jailbroken 3gs </description>

<description>if you had cydia on file before the 3.1 update was out you can downgrade. and yes when you install your pwned firmware the baseband stays the same as on 3.0 and you will than have to use ultrasn0w. </description>

<description>I am happy to say that i am jailbroken again on my 3gs. if you get error 1600 make sure that you are in recovery mode and not in DFU mode. installed fine, than installed ultrasn0w and it woks. thank you very much dev team :* </description>

<description>APN settings should be provided by your carrier. and the carrier logo, as the dev team states, is just a cosmetic issue. there is an aplication on cydia that allows you to write whatever you want in the carrier logo though. i is called &amp;quot;make it mine&amp;quot; (i think) </description>
