Thanks to the construction there's probably well over a million housing units and 25% of housing units will have gone into foreclosure before this housing crisis is over.

please provide your source stating PCE is up yoy? Unemployment is a lagging indicator, but not for home purchases. No jobs = no money to buy home. I encourage you to purchase, but you won't be able to sell and break even for 10-14 years.

Okay, I was wrong about unemployment? I was wrong about predicting major price drops? I will be correct.

Unemployment is skyrocketing. 1/5 of Floridians stopped paying their mortgages. There are 40% MORE HOUSES than actual people to occupy them. Special assessments are bankrupting individuals who wold have otherwise paid their mortgage. More supply is coming online every day. This is all a suckers rally. It's spring time. Go ahead and buy. You will regret it.
