Hey heather, just a suggestion - can you please change the color of the font on this site... it is hard to read against the background (maybe change it to white or something light). Now... if people want some encouragement to get tough and get your act together, check out Mike's site. http://www.michaelforbes.org/about/ Mike was a triathlete who was hit by a truck while bike riding last year. His doctors were talking about turning off his life support yet he is now working on walking just 12 months later! You think you have challenges in life?

Mate, you have convinced me. I don't triathlon but I do stuff that I would do better if I was fitter. Over the past 8 months my time management has fallen in a hole and the whole fitness thing went off the radar. I may be physiologically different to you but if I can use your encouragement and example to get me back into some sort of fitness regime, I'll take it. If you can keep fit with your schedule it should be easy for me - I'll tag along :-)
