you know what if the iphone 3G S came in the box with the baseband that isnt able to be unlocked by yellowsn00w? plus the ipod touch 2G took a really long time to jailbreak even when the devs had lots of attention on it, so my guess would be apple is very angered by everything they own being hacked, but im sure the dev team can pull through
