I believe he had cancer, which led to the removal of his jaw. If you Google "Roger Ebert" on You Tube, you'd see he did an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Look, if you'd lost a good portion of your face, you may not be able to comprehend everything that is going on in the world around you. I'd give him a break and stop judging him. He is missing a huge portion of his face due to cancer. Sometimes physical conditions can distort a person's judgment. Have a heart! My grandfather developed cancer, yet he had one of the finest minds ever. He was a genius. Yes, he was a rocket scientist who worked for N.A.S.A., but when he got older, he developed cancer, which eventually spread to his brain. There were times when the medication - and eventually the cancer - had affected his reasoning. You should know cancer, in addition to medication, can have an affect on an individual.

In no way do I want one red cent of my taxpayer money going to ACORN, especially after hearing this news. Now I'm really going on a campaign to run every politician out of office who is supporting ACORN. These people have serious issues to sue for emotional distress when they were offering advice on how to start a brothel with children. I think everybody should look into pursuing a class action lawsuit against ACORN. I don't want any of my income tax money going there. We, the taxpayers of America, should start a class action lawsuit!

And he said it is not a major national issue he pays much attention to. “Frankly, it’s not really something I’ve followed closely,” Obama said. “I didn’t even know that ACORN was getting a whole lot of federal money.” That is ridiculous. It is a major national issue since every single taxpayer has been supporting ACORN financially. He may of well have said, "Pedophilia, prostitution, illegal immigration and tax evasion, which has been supported by taxpayers, is not a major national issue." What the heck? I feel like I just lost faith in another person I actually believed in at one time. :(,

That's what I was thinking, but I didn't want to be that accusatory online. Fine minds think alike. I guess we'll leave that to the police and the lawyers to dissect! :) She did say she knew politicians, didn't she? She knew who the local ones were in her area. I don't even know who the local ones in my area are offhand. She looks like she's been doing drugs. What person with a substance abuse problem knows all the local politicians in their area and has friends who knows how much their local hookers make? Doesn't anybody at ACORN do drug testing? Doesn't anybody at ACORN do background checks? What is going on here?

I think there would be massive, unprecedented riots and outcries here in America if Hannah or James were taken to court in regard to what they did. I remember growing up down here in Miami when they had the riots. I'd hate to see that happen again. Do you think people would just sit back and let Bertha try to incriminate two heroes? You'd have mass chaos all over America. Her media appearances are influencing the public to see her as a very wicked person who would stop at nothing to keep her corrupt empire afloat. She should just give it up already. Nobody is buying this garbage.

Why would she be scared of Hannah or James? LOL Do they actually look like the type of people who you'd be scared of? Oh, but Tresa hangs out with a guy named Jim who knows how much the hookers get paid in his neighborhood. He knows they take food stamps, and he knows the color of their skin. He also knows they are uneducated as well. I wonder why he knows so much about the local prostitution scene? So a guy who clearly describes the local prostitution scene on the video & who knows how the police operates in regard to their efforts to stop prostitution is not scary? I don't believe any of this. I don't believe she was scared of James or Hannah, otherwise she would have filed a police report immediately after they left. If anything Jim and Tresa seem a little scary!

One other thing, both that guy and Tresa knew how the local police operated. You wouldn't know that kind of information unless you wanted to avoid getting arrested. Come on, nobody is that stupid. If anybody body believes ACORN'S lame alibi you need to listen to those videotapes over and over again. They knew there were cheap hookers all over, they knew how the police operated and they knew how much the hookers made. Now do you learn that at your local elementary school? Do you learn this kind of information about prostitution at the local high schools in San Bernadino? How many people in your area know this kind of information? I even never even learned that in college...lol. But mine was ligit! It wasn't the school of ACORN!

Something about Tresa's story smells fishy. Why did she bring the two over to Jim Miller's house? How come both of them knew so much about running a business like this? They knew the people on food stamps are using the credit to buy cheap hookers. It would have been one thing if Tresa acted the way she did but called the police after James and Hannah left. But she brought them to a guy to further talk about starting up a prostitution ring and suggested going to Nevada. She did seem sincere about assisting them in a twisted sort of way...I'm not buying ACORN'S alibi for Tresa. I got a much higher IQ than that. If you listen to Tresa and Jim talk, it sounds as if they have some type of sting going on somewhere! They knew too much about the local prostitution scene...am I the only one thinking this or does anybody else agree with me? They may run prostitution ring for the poor right there in San Bernadino??

I remember finding a web site on My Space so alarming I started to cry. I saw many pictures of girls being tortured and abused. The pictures clearly depicted actual abuse, so I called the police. Unfortunately the police told me they couldn't do anything because it was out of their jurisdiction, although I was told they see this type of sexual and physical abuse every single day on the job. Now tell me, why didn't Tresa call the police after James and Hannah left the office? Where is that police report? If she was suspicious of Hannah and James, she'd have called the police immediately after they left, right? I know I did. I even reported the site to My Space. All My Space did was take down some of the alarming pictures but still left the web site up. I was horrified. I showed a few friends some of the pictures and they were ready to cry. It was some type of strip club where they tortured and beat girls up. Then they took pictures of them while they were being tortured and the next day or so -- displaying burns, bruises and cuts. I am very serious about it. They would put them in some type of weird device and swing them around...you can't imagine what would come next...and the police and My Space really did nothing about it. At least I did my part by calling the police. I have to wonder why ACORN employees didn't immediately call the police to report suspicious behavior. I still think something is wrong with ACORN'S story of Tresa was only joking around! It doesn't make sense at all...

It's definitely unprofessional. A few years back, they closed down a local post office for the day and sent a bomb squad in. I couldn't believe it. I found out the next day that a customer was mailing a package and a postal worker asked what was in there. The man said, "A bomb," and walked out of the building. He was just joking, of course, but due to procedure the postal employees alerted the police. The news made it into the local papers as well as on every single local news network such as ABC, NBC & CBS. They brought the man in for questioning. He even said he was joking, but I believe it's against the law to do it. I never followed up on the case. I also recall it being a crime to walk into a bank and pretend to rob it as well. It's incredibly sick that she would joke around like that. What makes it even sicker is that ACORN is backing her up and posting propaganda on their site.
