now my grandson has to grow up without his daddy. he loved his daddy so much.Richie also has 2 brothers that have to live and carry on with out him. he will be missed dearly. Richi was very much liked and loved alot. whenever someone needed his help he would always drop what he was doing and help with whatever it was that needed done.he was always there when needed.and this monster comes along and takes richie away from all of us. this monster should be torchered and suffer as richie and jamie did but worse, multiply by 19. we love him very much and are going to miss him. richie was loved very very much by his mother and father. life will never be the same without our loving son. he was loved and loved life to the fullist and more.

this is unjust. if this guy was put in prision a long time ago for all of his charges my son would still be alive today. my niece wouldnt be hurt and jamie reinford would be alive as well.i just want some answers and reasons for all this. it makes me think that the justice system are all on some kind of drugs or just plain blind and ignorant. they all need to go back to school or get some kind of treatment.

Det. Major told me on 12-8-08 that they could not arrest the guy that hit my niece's car head on killed my son Richard w. pennington and jamie while injuring my niece michelle tuskey because he was not considered a flight risk because of hs record. they told me he had a clean record.but as of 12-9-08 they issued a warrent for his arrest because the 3rd passanger dies 12-9-08 jamie reinford. how was he not considered a flight risk with ninteen feliones. if it were my son they would have arrested him for less of a record. they were always arresting my son for driving with no license and insurance. so whats up with the police force, state troopers, tacoam police, pierce county sheriffs and lakewood pd, they over look someone with 19 feliones and arrest the people with lesser charges.and they give this guy a chance to kill someone else. whats wrong with picture!
