Most doctors accept as few medicare/medicaid patients as possible b/c the administrative costs of dealing with the government make it too costly-- i.e., they lose money on such patients-- or they don't have the administrative resources required for dealing with them at all. It's pretty much pro-bono work-- your accusations of hypocrisy only reveal your own mal-infomed state and rank stupidity.

As any doctor, like my wife, will tell you, there is a multitude of other options for this woman. Go to any community clinic, for instance, or county hospital. The whole PP as the sole provider for health care for the indigent is ridiculous. PP renders other services like breast exams (not mammograms) as a front for their abortion services. It's a scam.
