So What? The small states have spoken. Gore lost and there is nothing that you can do about it.

you have to win STATES to win the presidency. Bush 30 states, Gore 20 states plus DC. You can have everyone in major cities vote one way which would win the popular vote, but if the suburbs/country is ignored you lose. That is what happened to Gore. It has been over 10 years since all that happened and it is history. Gore won popular vote, but Bush won majority of the states. in our representatvie republic, that is how we elect out presidents. Thank GOD we do not have a democracy or we would have to suffer fools like you in power.

without winning the Electoral College, it doesn't mean JACK SQUAT who won the popular vote. Go buy a copy of the Constitution and read the section on how a president is elected in the US.

it's called the Electoral College. Read up on it in the US Constitution.
