I think they are here to get different views and look outside the limited frame which exists within their respective organisatio. Perhaps the idea is to get a diverse view and look at things from different perspective,

As Jo would say- its a long thought out strategy. First get people hooked on yo music and free download and then make them all paid site. When cable was launched in India it came as alumpsum monthly fees. Today you pay channel wise or groups of different channel. And its human tendency for most people to go in for free stuff.

Definitely interesting. However lets look at some of the emerging economies and you will be amazed to know there are still some tribal or rural areas, where there is no electricity even today. the basic amenities are still missing. While there is so much of technological innovatio and growth around the globe, has anyone ever thought about extending a helping hand to such rural areas.
