If I actually lived in the city I was moving to I would totally round up me and a bunch of friends to just check this place out. Also, what the fuck is a humble non-smoker and why woud you assume that just because I was looking on Craigslist for a place to move that I would be in a bind about a place to move.

I am in a bind and probably so are you regarding housing options. My sublet is section 8 and the people who will be your neighbors show it. I can no longer take living in my particular building and am tring to move to an adjacent quieter building. In the meantime I have moved out of my 1bedroom because of the potential for violence, rats, thin walls where people can hear everything you are saying, and the loudness on my particular floor itself . Make no mistake about it this sublease is not for the faint of heart. So I am very willing to negotiate with the right person who won't rat me out or give me a headache while subleasing. My rent was $602 plus utilities which is only electric.So I can really negotiate at$675 per month as long as you're cool and willing to fetch my mail and let me keep some of my items in 1 of the closets.
