Texas has no income tax, better economy, and has money in the bank. Putting an income tax will drive out those "rich" folk who happen to own the business which create jobs as well as spend lots of money consuming goods. I started to think Gregoire has some sense when she said she wouldn't raise taxes; tired of this political shift BS.
