Where are all of the great big rich fat patriotic law firms in this country? Do they not care about veterans? There should be an endless stream of lawsuits against the VA, VBA, VHA, etc. I guess we simply are not important enough, rich enough, to get any justice after serving our country. Will any law firms stand up, help veterans? Do I hear ONE? No, did not think I would. It is all about the yankee dollars, in their pockets, not ours.

For chronic PTSD, many years, my C&P was done by a VA psychologist, who lectured me on catholic christian religion. and how it could help me with PTSD. I was WTF, get me out of here. He was a pain in the ass, and I left totally stressed, and wanted to just shoot him right there. How do jerks like him keep their jobs at the VA.?

As a disabled vet with chronic PTSD, I have had VA doctors recommend therapeutic Cannabis to me for 20 years. I use it responsibly as any other medicine, because it works, and has no ill effects. It is so much better than all of the prescribed drugs I get at the VA.

Thanks to Larry, we are begining to hear about veterans and the medical use of cannabis on this great website. We vets here in Michigan are allowed to use it while patients at a VA medical center. It sure helps me cope with PTSD symptoms.

Speaking as a retired psychologist, and disabled veteran patient with chronic PTSD, I can tell you this IS desensitization therapy, nothing new, except maybe they are using a computer, instead of a human being. It is very old technique. Sometimes it works on a patient, sometimes it does not. As they say, throw everything at the wall, and sooner or late something will stick.....

A great big thank you to Larry and Jim, they have helped me and my vet friends. I also would like to thank my great doctors, Dr Brian Hays, DO and Dr. Biber, MD., both at Battle Creek VA. These two docs have saved my life a few times in my struggles with chronic PTSD and other conditions. Most of the staff at my VA are really great, helpful folks. The best new year to you all.
