No need to wonder how legislators end up millionaires in a very short time, they legislate against the people to drive the need for their investments to pad their own pockets!

Sarah's speaking style is exactly what endears her to many, including me! I was standing behind the cameras with drums beating and megaphones by the lefties. I'm very glad she came through as well as she did, some of the other speakers came through in bits and pieces!

Had you been standing behind the cameras, and not been able to hear most of what the others said, you might know why she had to speak so loudly! We had drummers and megaphones behind us from the lefty protesters. We're very glad she came through, shrill or not!

WANE TV News Channel 15 Fort Wayne News, Weather and Sports Coverage : Senate leader says smoking ban must exempt casinos

Now that states and cities are beginning to see the devastation a ban brings and are working to repeal them, WHY would Indiana even be considering this! One would think that the recent election would be proving that We The People will not long stand for the destruction of our Constitutionally protected property rights for the profit of special interest such as pharma's nicotine brands! The only law that should be enacted is one that bans issues from coming up and up time after time that are unconstitutional!

WDTN.com | 2 News : Dayton celebrates state smoking ban

It shouldn't matter if 90% of the citizens who have nothing invested in these privately owned businesses like this ban! If our country was a democracy, 51% of the people could decide they want to kill the other 49%. That is why our nation is a Constitutional Republic, to protect the minority, in this case, smokers! These days laws are enacted by polls. We need to get rid of these lawmakers who keep giving voters anything they want and elect those that abide by the U.S. Constitution. I think all bar owners should file a class action lawsuit against the state for trampling their private property rights! Bans decimate the tavern industry! These are prohibitionist thugs enacting these laws!

It seems the uneducated public and public officials need lessons on public vs private business. The taxpaying public does not own a bar or restaurant. The personal preferences of the public end at the door of a privately owned business and personal responsibility ensues. A vegetarian does not go to eat at a steakhouse if that's all they serve up! From the well respected Cato Institute: The Second-Hand Smoke Charade http://www.cato.org/pub_display.php... Quote: It now turns out that the influential 1993 EPA report “Respiratory Health Effects of Passive Smoking: Lung Cancer and Other Disorders” was as phony as a three-dollar bill. State officials and private businesses that believed that ETS was a public health danger (and not just a nuisance) were completely misled by the EPA. And, of course, so was main street American public opinion.

Time to tell charities to get back to being charitable instead of trying to force the free market and people into submission for their agendas! The tobacco industry is NOT the evil industry they portray them to be! Many “non-profits” have major ties to huge entities. First, the non-profits CREATE a crisis that benefits these huge entities. Like the health advocates. Like big pharma. They are not really concerned with health, they are concerned with profits to be made. Then the gov't gets their hands in there for the taxes to be raised. Just like the global warming scammers trying to make people believe that skyrocketing taxes in the name of the planets health are acceptable, and the newly CREATED obesity “crisis” demonizing our youth, these non-profits have a global agenda of trying to make people believe that the second hand smoke scam, aka social engineering on an easily misled population. http://www.mskcc.org/mskcc/html/12463.cfm This prediction tool from Sloan Kettering can assess a long-term smoker’s risk of developing lung cancer in the next 10 years based on the person’s age, sex, smoking history, and asbestos exposure. I used a 51 yr old female who smoked for 39 years at 15 cigarettes per day. Results: Over the next 10 years if she does not smoke the risk of developing lung cancer is 2%. If she continues to smoke her risk of developing lung cancer is 3%. For a smoker? A 3% chance after smoking for 39 years? What a scam by these so-called "charities"! This is another step toward socialism, getting people to believe that it’s ok, even acceptable, to take away anothers rights for your own agenda. Start at the bottom so when those in power do it, it’s acceptable behavior. Maybe the BP guy was right, the ‘little people’!

Ah, the law of unintended consequences! Raising cigarette taxes funds terrorism as pointed out in a Human Events article. TOBACCO TAXES FINANCE TERRORISM http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=37363 "Politicians expand tobacco taxes to discourage smoking and feed their own nicotine-like addiction to public spending. Like so many others, this government action smolders with unintended consequences. Tobacco taxes create a perfect arbitrage opportunity that radical Muslims exploit to collect money for terrorist groups that murder Americans and our allies. Tobacco taxes should be cut, or at least frozen, before they fuel further Islamic-extremist violence."

Big Government : 'Stimulus' Dollars At Work...Paying Lobbyists for the Nanny State

Maybe this will help? First, the drug companies take over the cancer non-profits by donating huge sums of money and getting their own executives on the boards of these organizations and pushing to ban a legal product's use. From there, all decisions by the cancer non-profits are made to protect the interests of drug companies. Today, virtually all cancer non-profit groups are actually Big Pharma front groups that push cancer treatment, but never prevention (because actually preventing cancer would harm the profits of drug companies). Next, these cancer front groups pull off a double-whammy con job by first convincing people that money is the only obstacle to finding a "cure" for cancer. Then they convince people to actually hand over money for the right to run around in circles so they can feel like they're helping to find this so-called cure. According to their 2008 Consolidated Division 990s, the ACS spent $390,305,361 on salaries, pensions, benefits and payroll taxes while spending a mere $4,406,038 on research. They spent more than 4 TIMES the research amount attending conferences ($18,158,259). No wonder they want tobacco use substituted by big pharma's brand of nicotine!

Wisconsin's Gov. Doylie just doesn't understand why the residents don't want to take millions in stimulus money for high speed rail between 2 cities. IT'S THEIR MONEY TO BEGIN WITH! They don't want the stupid train in northern WI, or anywhere else. They raise the tobacco tax etc.and use the very same money against those paying it! Now you won't be able to ship tobacco by mail thanks to Senator Herb Kohl D-WI, the owner of the Milwaukee Bucks and Kohl's Dept stores. Someone outta stuff the guy with tobacco!

Weird? That seems to be the only normal thing Obama represents. As for the Surgeon General, the demonization of the overweight begins with big pharma just like tobacco users. They make Splenda and the pressure overweight people experience drives the need for pharma products once again. Brilliant marketing scam that pits one population against another however.
