So the sea MIGHT rise by 0.59 m in the next 90 years. If it does, that's a rise of 6.5 mm per year, and we're supposed to believe that this possible rise means that people have to raise their seawalls "day by day".

My calculations suggest they raise their seawalls 0.018 mm/day. That must be hard work.
