Daily Camera.com: : CU-Boulder sophomore invests in unusual education - Boulder Daily Camera

I had to reply to your comment hell_yeah. I was on the phone during the interview, and Andy sure asked a ton more questions (I'm in the InspirePay portion of the article). I think that the issue here is length of article, and that's it. It's a news article, not his Biography. Mike's been starting and selling businesses since 8th grade. He already knows how to read business plans, pro-forma's, P&L statements, balance sheets, etc. What would he learn from an undergraduate degree in Business besides many hours in classes he could teach? It would be the easy way out for him. I think it says a lot that he is studying in a more traditional liberal arts vein compared to following some linear pre-business track. If a liberal arts approach is good enough for Steve Jobs (hell, it made him), I think it will treat Mike well too.
