The beauty lays in the dedication of these rescue groups to help as many dogs and cats as possible, with none or very scarce resources. most of them work in a no shelter system, each of the volunteers fostering the animals until they can be placed in a forever home. It is very sad to see how people still thing of cats and dogs as something to buy and have as long as they feel they want to.
