iPhone 3GS (5.1, MC142DN, new bootrom) back on Basesband 05.13.04!
Everything working fine and GPS is back .... YEAH!
Didn't work at first try, but at the second.
Got one question left though: Could I restore my iPhone now with iTunes?
(I only had the jailbreak because of the simlock, but it's unlocked now)
