This is really excellent. I find the ads horribly annoying and ironic given the content of this production

The driver did the right thing.
Shame on the bus company for doing the wrong thing.
They are cowards. She should sue them forget working for them

Trimet is sick, everything is for the managers now.
The employees and riders can suck it, they just don't care.
It's horrible because they do it right in our faces.

It's interesting that KATU has chosen to provide Mcfarlanes quote but has left out Jon Hunts (ATU president) quote.
Let me provide it for you:

"""“The general manager of TriMet can stop all of this,” Hunt said in a phone interview from a picket line in front of the agency's Southeast Portland headquarters. “But he has decided to withhold service from the most vulnerable rather than going to arbitration to deal with these issues.”""

Now Mr Mcfarlane has publicly stated that he prefers strikes to arbitration, so you tell me, who is to blame for the strike?

And I do not support strikes that hurt people such as the disabled, seems to me like they are all getting to where they need to go because I am listening to the LIFT dispatch scanner.

I would much prefer acts of civil disobedience over strikes that hurt the riders

The presumption of innocence, sometimes referred by the Latin Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat (the principle that one is considered innocent until proven guilty) is a legal right of the accused in a criminal trial, recognised in many nations. The burden of proof is thus on the prosecution, which has to collect and present enough compelling evidence to convince the trier of fact, who is restrained and ordered by law to consider only actual evidence and testimony that is legally admissible, and in most cases lawfully obtained, that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In case of remaining doubts, the accused is to be acquitted. This presumption is seen to stem from the Latin legal principle that ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat (the burden of proof rests on who asserts, not on who denies).

OK folks, you heard it here, KATU, Trimet is #1, and one of the main criteria for this ranking is SAFETY!
Let me repeat that: SAFETY!
In case you don't understand lets explain futher:
–noun, plural -ties.
1.
the state of being safe; freedom from the occurrence or risk of injury, danger, or loss.
2.
the quality of averting or not causing injury, danger, or loss.
3.
a contrivance or device to prevent injury or avert danger.
