Since you're not throwing a New Year's party yet and party blowers are very unusual on Thanksgiving, I think you'll be fine. Just be careful not to mix decorative candles, party blowers and clumsy guests. Blowers are unpredictable and they can be inadvertently blown towards a candle flame, and the fire can start at the tip of the blower, travel to the table cloth and,out of the blue, someone has to come up with a fire extinguisher and save the party and the guests. Believe me, I know!
