The constitution states that all powers not granted to the federal government by the constitution is reserved to the individual states. this is who should be funding the educational systems....the state and/or local governments! Why should I as an Alaskan resident want any of my tax dollars funding failing schools in say....Detroit??? Makes no sense.......
