I KNOW Doug and there is NO WAY in hell he would ever harm a FLY.....he is a TRUE, Genuine animal Lover!!!! So, that comment should be erased.....THAT is a slanderous remark on Doug. Mr. Oberst is a fine upstanding citizen of Milwuakie, he is also a very PRIVATE person. the mere fact that he came forward and put himself in the Media shows how much this affected him!!

My heart is breaking for the owners of the dog...............truly a sick act, by a sick individual. Sad. I cannot imagine walking up on such a horrific scene too....I know Doug and he is truly an animal lover, always has been.

Good for OHS for offering a reward!! I will be sending money their direction!!

As a side note I strongly encourage people to adopt animals from your local shelters, they make the BEST pets. We adopted our dog from the Clackamas County Shelter in Jan. and she is a wonderful dog!!!
