A few years back my son walked past this dog going into walmart. The dog was tied to a sign on the sidewalk. As my son walked by about 15 feet away the dog charged at him , if it weren't for the rope he was tied to the dog would have attacked my son. Todd came out of walmart yelling at my son. I'm sorry but my son did nothing but walk into walmart, he didn't talk to or try to pet this animal. It is only time before the dog does serious harm to someone.

I have known both Otto and Chris Cooley from the past they used to go to school with my kids. I really don't think unemployment had anything to do with it. A better guess would be drugs. I'm really surprised about Chris I thought he got his life straightened out.

I have heard so many different stories about this man. But for this many years to live on the streets there is definatly something wrong with this man. He certainly needs some kind of help. But all things said I also can't help thinking that maybe he isn't homeless at all. Has anyone ever seen him sleep on the streets or in the park , under a bridge or in a storage shed like has beed said in the past. Think about it, in other areas homeless sleep in all these places as well as homeless shelters . Where does Todd sleep. People need to quit feeling sorry for him. Over 10 years doing this stuff is enough.

I'm sorry I here all your responses and can't help but respond. First I do feel sorry for this dog he has lived on the streets of plymouth for years always looking skinny and hungry. And as for the comment about Mr Wagoner having hard times. I have lived in the Plymouth area since 1993, And Mr. Wagoner has been standing on the corner by walmart and Wendys for over 10 years. He needs to quit pan handling and get a job. If he has money to buy alcohol he has money to clean himself up and get a place to live. I know of a few times he was offered food by employees of Wendys, but turned it down and said I want the money not the food. I have also been told of 2 times he was offered jobs and turned them down. If the people of Plymouth like to give away money, give it to children and families in need not a dead beat sitting on a corner. And to conclusion I have walked past this animal a few times in front of store and Mr. Wagoner was right there and this dog growled and barked at people walikng by. He is a visious animal. Just time before he attacks someone and does more harm then a bite.
