Just called AT&T to get my iPhone 4s unlocked and they told me that they will open a case and call me back 24-48 hours.
Is this the normal procedure?

I tried my T-mobile simcard in my 4s it takes me back straight to the activation screen, and when I put my AT&T simcard the phone goes to the main sbringnoard. Is this normal?
