We have had plenty of "personality" win before; however, I want back someone who knows how to execute a project that can be incorporated into a design that will make that design not only complete, but "personal" to the one designing it. Many of my customers love it when I give them a project for them to do and show them how to do it, then incorporate it in the overall design. It doesn't have to be alot just a little bit of their "personal" touch. After all, it is their home and it is about them. I was very impressed with the way he refinished the very long wooden table. It was gorgeous. I was also impressed that he actually finished the kitchen tile and loved his choice. I have a subscription to HGTV magazine and love the new Do It Yourself magazine. The show Flea Market Flip was FUN to watch and great ideas. Gosh I how I miss Rachel Ashwell's show. Jeribai has a definite place in this market of do it yourself and makes it believable that YOU CAN DO IT. We watch so many remake/remodel shows that give us great ideas. I want someone to convince the viewers it is do-able. Not just how to DESIGN a home or space, which is very important, but also add that satisfaction of that part of it that you did yourself. I would love to see him with his own space in the new magazine "Do It Yourself". Go Jeribai! Michelle, you are correct, he is the all around package. He can add to DO IT YOURSELF like what David Bromstad does to COLOR with COLOR SPLASH. HGTV is always teaching us great design.... let's now promote the NEW magazine with "DO IT YOURSELF."
