DeFazio’s position of not wanting “the wealthy” to get tax breaks rings hollow considering the position he is taking regarding his friend Faye Hills Stewart II, who just happens to be a Lane County Oregon Commissioner. DeFazio is a former Lane County Oregon Commissioner. The Lane County Oregon Commissioners passed an order stating that they would not allocate funds to enforce laws and Presidential orders they do not like. Congressman Peter DeFazio was informed of this $1.7 BILLION mystery fund in a foundation run by a Lane County Oregon Commissioner at DeFazio’s August 24, 2010 Coos Bay Town Hall Meeting. Peter DeFazio is a former Lane County Oregon Commissioner and has known Faye Stewart for years. At the town hall meeting DeFazio said he would personally go after the people who had been involved in questionable financial dealings in the mid 2000’s. I suggested that a good place to start looking would be his long time friend Faye Hills Stewart II who had $1.7 BILLION mysteriously appear in his personal foundation. DeFazio went ballistic. Congress has already approved the funds for projects such as the Eugene MX “Light Rail” 11th street project. LTD can divert that money to anything they can call a transportation project. LTD can use those funds to fund existing obligations and free up funds for non-transportation spending. The “flex-fuel” 60 foot buses cost twice as much as a regular bus. So how do we as concerned citizens get LTD and the County Commissioners to spend funds properly? Easy, by using Robert's Rules of Order, you take over the not-for-profits and pseudo-government entities like LTD. First step is to establish a training organization to inform a core group on how to use Robert's Rules of Order. Take over key funded NGO, Non governmental orginazations, by expanding their governing boards so that our new board members have a majority. Vote out old board members, shrink board back to original size. This is essentially the way these boards were taken over in the first place. Immediately cut “brother-in-law” projects, the ones that always use the same contractors to oversee most projects. We all know which ones I’m talking about. There is no reason to keep spending millions on the same contractors if we control the funding NGO boards. Draw up a referendum to expand the Lane County Board of County Commissioners so that 3 people do not control millions in project funding. Check out how much is being spent on watershed, housing and forest projects for an example how a few commissioners control who gets hired to contract out over priced projects. Use FOIA, freedom of information act to obtain past 10 years of emails from Commissioners to get evidence to remove current commissioners for self-dealings. When RICO law violations are established we can get past spent funds of questionable projects refunded from their personal foundations. The economic theory they are currently using is that more personal money can be made by setting up and building the “bricks and mortar” infrastructure than in actually running the funded project, i.e. the jail, federal courthouse, re-vitalizations of downtown or urban growth studies. The MX system has received federal stimulus funds to build a bus barn to house 45 sixty-foot flex-fuel bendy buses. Guess which tax payers are going to be stuck with the bill to buy the next 40 million dollar buses and who will get the commission for those sales. By the way, the top level of this pyramid scheme put their funds into their private foundations so they pay no taxes on that income and are able to get tax deductions for “granting” non taxed funds to their children’s school’s pet projects. And then the landlord started shooting at us. We were living in federally subsidized housing in Lane County Oregon, 20 miles South of Eugene, Oregon in 2006. My wife has a mental disability that requires me to be with her 24 hours a day. I knew this when I married her and have pledged to protect her for the rest of my life. Our problem started in early 2006 when we reported to the State of Oregon Housing and Community Services, Mary Gentry, that Community Sharing Program of Cottage Grove, Nancy Glines and David Flores, were “invoicing the federal government for services not rendered” and “back-dating” documents. At that time OHCS was required to send us a letter outlining the grievance process. They did not send that to us. That was the first in a long series of instances of the State of Oregon, Lane County Board of Commissioners (Faye Stewart), Lane County Human service Commission (Nancy Waggoner), and Community Sharing Program of Cottage Grove not acting as they were required by State and Federal law. We voiced our grievance to Lane County Commissioner Faye Stewart, who also sat on the board of Community Sharing Program. After consulting with those involved with our dispute he called us back and said, “I just remembered that my wife is having a baby tomorrow and I won’t be able to help you.” All that he would have had to do at that time was to tell Nancy Glines and David Flores to follow the federally required provisions of the State of Oregon’s grant from HUD. In other words, just do your job. Faye Stewart as Lane County Commissioner had “granted” the Federal HUD housing funds to Community Sharing of Cottage Grove, he sat on the board of Community Sharing; he was required by law to see that federal housing funds were being spent in the manner required in the HUD grant. He did none of these. He was required by state and federal law to send us the grievance process so that we could properly resolve our contested case. He did not do this. All that was required of Faye Stewart was that he do his job. He did not do that. After a series of harassments and retaliations by Community Sharing of Cottage Grove and the Landlord; in July of 2006, we were removed from the federally subsidized housing program. The removal was based on two false documents. Nancy Waggoner’s office had faxed the landlord’s attorney, Dean Kaufman, a known false rental agreement that the landlord tried to use to evict us. The rental agreement did not offer the extra federal civil rights protections as the HUD approved one-year Lease that Nancy Waggoner had personally sent to us less that 3 months earlier. Lane County also relied on another false document from Community Sharing of Cottage Grove, David Flores, in our removal. This type of action is specifically forbidden in the one-year lease. We were removed from the program anyway. The eviction never went to court, Lane County knew this, but still removed us from the federally funded housing program. Lane county conveyed to State of Oregon Housing and Community Services who then notified the Governor of Oregon, Mr. Kulongoski, that the eviction did not happen because “of possible adverse repercussions”. Because of the failed eviction based on the false document from Lane County, The landlord started shooting at us. He shot at us14 times with a shot gun over a 2 week period. When we called the Lane County DA, they said “we are just waiting to see what happens next.” My wife was a minority disabled woman living in Federally subsidized housing, how could so many officials in Oregon trample over her state and federal civil rights? Was she not the politically correct minority, was she seen as less of a citizen of the United States or is there a systemic problem in Oregon that must be investigated by the Federal Department of Justice?

How does a local “not for profit” handle a complaint concerning unwanted touching by one of its volunteers. South Lane Wheels provides subsidized transportation to senior and disabled people. For some this is their only means to get to doctors appointments and to buy food. When my wife was groped by Terry Smith, volunteer driver for South Lane Wheels in Cottage Grove Oregon The Executive Director, now just paid consultant, TARA S SALUSSO did nothing, After a second incident was reported to Tara Salusso, The South Lane Wheels Board of Directors, County Commissioner Faye Stewart and LTD, South Lane Wheels sent my wife a letter telling her they were sorry that their volunteer bus driver Terry Smith was leaving and that she and her husband would no longer be able to use South Lane Wheels services. I guess that is one way of silencing the witnesses and other riders with complaints about their unreliable and unsafe bus service….don’t complain or you don’t get your groceries. My question is will KVAL look into this and report back on what they discover? Has South Lane Wheels reported complaints of sexual abuse about its volunteers to anyone or do the abusers just go on to other hunting grounds? I am requesting that a reporter post here to ask me questions, so that it will be done in the public view. Do a public interview with the victim, and then get Lane County Commissioner Faye Stewart to post in this public forum why he worked to get federal stimulus funds for a “not for profit” that he is associated with that had reported sexual abuses of a disabled person. Was the safety of vulnerable senior and disabled riders of South Lane Wheels of Cottage Grove Oregon put at risk so that Faye Stewart could divert federal funds to his cohorts? Eugene, Oregon Politicians protecting their “not for profits” While living in Federally subsidized housing, just South of Eugene, Oregon in Lane County, we were shot at 14 times over a 2 week period by our landlord. The housing program was being administered by a “not for profit”, community Sharing Program of Cottage Grove Oregon. We complained about numerous problems concerning that “not for profit” to Lane County Commissioner Faye Stewart. Unfortunately, Faye also sat on the board of the “not for profit”. We called Faye and informed him that the “not for profit” was invoicing the federal government for services not rendered (fraud). He called some of the people at Community Sharing Program and called us back. He told us, “I just remembered that my wife is having a baby tomorrow and I won’t be able to help you.” Later when he and the other Commissioners held an informal hearing, they investigated themselves and decided that they did nothing wrong. I posted a comment here, it was removed. Why I feel empathy for the family that had a cross burned in front od their home. Your home is a place Americans have a right to feel safe. In Lane County Oregon as in WEST WHEATFIELD, Pa. it appears that we do not have this right. My experience in Lane County Oregon, just south of Eugene, involved being shot at 14 times over a 2 week period by our landlord. With video evidence Lane County sanctioned and approved of this action.

Eugene’s response to the “flag man” is to bring in “a national hate crimes expert”, Joseph Roy – Southern Poverty Law Center. An organization which we also contacted about our little shooting incident. From the KVAL news report at 7:28 am 11-13-2009 it appears that something is a “hate crime” only if it is a recognized, organized hate group that is targeting a recognized accepted group. According to their flyer “Roy will be providing a presentation titled “Hate in America Today - A National Overview of Far-Right Domestic Terrorism.” The session examines the wide variety of hate groups currently active in the United States -- their history, activities and leaders. Beginning with a broad overview of the various factions of the hate movement, which include the Ku Klux Klan, neo-Nazis, racist Skinheads, black supremacists and others, it will then focus on the most prominent national organizations and state and local chapters. The session will also examine various techniques that will enable law enforcement professionals to spot and investigate potential domestic terrorist or hate groups.” In “Flag Man’s” case he made a sign with various political leaders’ names on it and a home-made flag that was not a copy of any real organization but rather “reminded” people of what a Nazi flag might have looked like. So his “crime” is presenting art in front of the illiterate. “Those who do not remember history are doomed to graduate from 4J.” What I have seen as “hate Crime” is the number of mentally ill “suspects” that were shot and killed by Eugene Police and the officers given awards for their actions and in our case being repeatedly shot at over a 2 week period by our landlord and having the DA’s office tell us, “We are just waiting to see what happens next.” What happened next was that the landlord blocked our moving van with his truck, threatened to kill us, and followed us 5 miles down the highway. We stopped at an auto salvage yard. Landlord threatened us from side of highway, we called 911. Landlord came into auto salvage office. He was asked to leave by owner, landlord refused. Owner called 911. Landlord eventually leaves. 4 hours after calling 911, no police. We reported in our 911 call that the person who had been shooting at us, on video tape in evidence with sheriff and Lane County DA, was threatening us in front of witnesses. They did not come to investigate. The Lane County Oregon DA did not prosecute. I have no explanation of why this happened. The landlord, in violation of Oregon Landlord/Tenant Law, then invited some of his friends over to loot our belongings and send us a bill for their “Looting Party”. So I am making a public request for Lane County Commissioner Faye Stewart and the Lane County DA to post here to discuss this matter.

I am struck by the hypocrisy of the proclamation of Lane County Commissioners. Back in 2007 when they were informed that a disabled minority living in federally subsidized housing being overseen by Lane County was being shot at 14 times over a 2 week period by her landlord, they did nothing except cover it up. Faye Stewart sat on the board of the “not for profit” that was providing the case management for the federal housing funds and sat on the Lane County Commissioners board. When we complained that the “not for profit” was invoicing the federal government for services not rendered in violation of the false claims act Faye Stewart said, “ I just remembered that my wife is having a baby tomorrow and I won’t be able to help you.” A few months later Lane County used 2 known bogus documents to remove us from the program, then the landlord started shooting at us. A report was written by Lane County Sheriff’s Deputies, case sent to Lane County DA’s office. DA did not prosecute even though they had video tape evidence and statement from attorney of landlord stating that he was shooting at our house.
