First every body should aware of food habits and body fitness. If we control our food it will be very useful to us. We can enjoy our food half an hour. If we control that half an hour we will be happy remaining 23.30 hours. And we have to do excercise also That will fit our body and healthy ness. If we spend our money instead of medicines we can spend for fitness like Zim etc., Spending time for waiting in the hospital we can spend that time to do excercise. So first all people must be aware of food and excercise. This is my opinion only. If we are suffering with any disease we can cure by taking lot of medicnes. But it will repeat again. Before getting that disease we can take prevention. Prevention is better than cure.
