I have always had high hopes for Alexis but with him still being the odd one out along with Cesc in a perfect biological manifestation of a Lego team, I find it difficult for the team to continue scoring freely season after season being solely dependent on Messi. Barcelona needs Villa back (and scoring) and Afellay kick into form early to avoid buying a forward this summer. If inevitable I would prefer to sell Afellay and Pedro and get Neymar or Cavani. However, it is now unavoidable to persist with the current defensive frailties no matter what people expect of the youngsters. An experienced Centerback like Hummels or Martinez (+DM) will be welcome. Out of Muniesa, Bartra, Montoya and JDS I would like JDS and Bartra to be loaned or sold as they are not ready and Barca as a top league team cannot afford too much spare load.
