SEO, Internet Marketing & Website Design Blog From Mannix Marketing : Fightin The Spammers Of Local Search

Info on the Google Ten Pack can be found here - http://blog.mannixmarketing.com/2009/04/penetrati... - Today it is more likely to be a 7 pack, but basically it is the local listings that appear within the organic search area on search engine results page that Google thinks are geo-targeted searches. They appear next to a map of the area being considered.

SEO, Internet Marketing & Website Design Blog From Mannix Marketing : Company Blogs - To Do Or Not To Do

absolutely - blog posting/commenting is very important and it really does require a commitment on the blogger end. people want to read what you have to day, and by posting frequently, it's not only good for your target audience, but also great for visibility in the search engines. there are more people turning to blogs than newspapers now-a days to get up to date information...some food for thought.

SEO, Internet Marketing & Website Design Blog From Mannix Marketing : Please Don't Mention The Economy

Yes! But businesses need to be careful they don't get tempted to write their own testimonials, pretending to be the voice of their customers. Almost anyone can tell the difference between genuine praise from customers and your own fabrications. Best not to fake it, or you will risk losing the trust of potential customers!
