Where did you get the idea both families were great friends? Both families were not friends before the accident. The girls were friends from school. I do know the facts of the case. I was at the trial each day. I was also there when Ashley's family reached out to the Olague family. Did the Olague family reach out to Ashley's family in even once? Nope.

I thought about the other driver and her family. She's lucky to be alive and her family is lucky to still have her. What about Ashley? What about her family?
I hope that the driver will always feel that sorrow. The Magnusson family will.

excuse me, the judge determined that the driver HAD been drinking alcoho which caused her reckless driningl.....
I have a question for you...
Have you ever lost a loved one to something like this? If not, you don't know what it's like and in my opinion, you don']t even have a right to comment.

I hope so, but i'll be surprised if she does any time. I do need to say that the State Proscecution team was top notch and the detectives and troopers involved were also terrific.....not to mention a smart judge with a keen eye! Many thanks to all!!
