I believe this internet site has got some rattling great info for everyone. "The individual will always be a minority. If a man is in a minority of one, we lock him up." by Oliver Wendell Holmes.

Design Happens : Freebie Fridays: Traceable Wall Art

Growing up, my mom seemed to paint everything blue. She has since moved on to more greens and earth tones, but I came a way with a dislike of blue. When we bought our house, the master bedroom was dark blue with cutesy Americana wallpaper border. That room was instantly repainted green (ahhh), but unfortunately, I don't have the money to redo the kitchen right now. We have country blue walls with a semi-interesting wallpaper border. Just repainting walls wouldn't be so bad, but they also painted the cabinet doors, and now they are all country blue and scuffed and chipped. So I could paint those, too, but we also have country blue laminate counter tops. With a big crack in the laminate no less. And a lovely backsplash of peel-and-stick vinyl tile. Now, my house isn't worth much. I'm not looking for a high-end kitchen, granite counter tops, or anything fancy (though I wouldn't say no), but I just want not blue. We may be moving soon, possibly, not sure, but if not, I hope to invest in the kitchen this summer and make it not blue.
