I know! If he's willing to admit he did it can't we just go straight to sentencing? Seems a bit ridiculous! You should be able to plead guilty if you did the crime. It's refreshing that he wanted to though.
Marriage as far as the state is concerned is a contract. It is NOT related to religion. ANYONE can enter into a marriage contract EXCEPT two gay people. How is this fair? A church that does not want perform gay WEDDINGS is perfectly within it's right but that same church or church members is not allowed to say who can get married elsewhere. It is a contract plain and simple and everyone should be allowed to have a contract!
It's pretty hard to pass the physical test when the trooper that is supposed to be watching you and counting your situps can't count. That happened to a friend of mine. The trooper was "counting" two testees and told my friend that he didn't do the minimum amount but the guy holding his feet said "We were both counting and he actually did X" which was more than the minimum but what the trooper says goes so he has to go back and test again. Argh!
They've already shut down our Nextel tower, with no notice. All of a sudden the phones don't work anymore. Way to try to keep your customers Sprint. A little notice and a visit from someone to help us "migrate" over to Sprint would have been the way to go.
I thought the last hardware store that was located there had to close because the floor was caving in due to the weight of the inventory. How can another hardware store can go there? Won't the same issues be present? Or did the property owner fix it? These are things that might have been interesting to have in this article. I thought we were living in the information age...
"...the commission ruled that the current service ensures basic, year-round passenger transportation between and Chelan and surrounding communities that have no alternative options." They have no alternatitve options because the state won't allow them! Really?
"It's unclear if a truck this tiny has a chance of catching on." Just ask Chevy how the Luv worked out. i don't think so. People who want a truck want a truck.
I agree it is not the best of ideas. BUT the unfortunate thing is that infants die in their cribs too. I would even venture a guess that it happens in cribs more often. For every unfortunate incident whether it is in a crib or parents' bed there are thousands or even millions of non-incidents. People have been sleeping with their children for thousands of years. It's kind of surprising the human race has prospered at all...
I think there might be a few books at the library.
Do I understand that the clinic collects 4.5 MILLION DOLLARS of money from the government? Of course they would want to serve twice as many, ahem, "customers" With that kind of money changing hands I have a hard time believing they are truly in it to help people get off drugs. WHy would they be? If that happened they'd be out of business. Wow talk about messed up.
