In Alinsky's Rules for Radicals he evokes the names of Thomas Pain and John Adams to prove his point. Their words and ideas were used for a different intent than Alinsky's. Pain and Adams wanted to break free of England's rule and Alinsky wants to take from the "haves " and give to the "have nots." ( return this land to it's rightful owner_ Obama) This book outlines the strategy and tactics on how to go about this. A key figure needed is a "great community organizer." He must possess great communication skills and be able to create mass ego. This book is not a combination of theories, these are plots on how to accomplish their goal. What groups like Acorn did to strong arm banks into giving loans is laid out. He teaches how to infiltrate a community and get them agitated into action. How you do that is important . You must do it in a way that does not make them feel bad for not taking action for themselves and you have to make them feel they are part of the solution. My father was a active Marine at the time. We were required to take classes for two weeks. We were given strict instructions on how to behave in another country. I am almost done reading the book Rules for Radicals. It is indeed their playbook and it's author the topic of the once sealed thesis of Hillary. In this book the author, Alinsky, talks about a neighborhood that he went into to "help." They had a very high infant morality rate after the free clinics were kicked out for giving out condoms. Alinsky comes into the community and agitates them into wanting change. He and others from the community march into main office of these free clinics demanding that they help. He did not allow them to respond, but talked over them. He had to otherwise the people in the community would know that they themselves could have just asked and the clinic would have come back. To the community they thought that they needed him to get things done. This book is more eye opening than any I have read so far. This plan has been laid out for a long time. A community organizer is really a community agitator. The community organizer is critical to the plot. He must possess the great skill of communication and MUST be able to great a mass ego. It does not hurt that he knows the Constitution. On day one he told a lie when he swore to uphold it. Please read this book as it will give you great insight into what is happening. You will see "hope and change" used in there, you will see how Alinsky suggests using popular hot topics like pollution ( global warming today) to unite people under a cause and then push your agenda.
